Transport Is a Schedule Problem, Not a Vehicle Problem
Anyone can supply a nice car for a wedding. The harder part is that forty guests need to reach a venue on Marco Island by four, the couple must arrive after them and not before, and everyone has to get back safely when the bar closes.
We plan events as timetables and then supply the vehicles the timetable requires.
Weddings
Guest shuttles. Continuous loops between hotels and the venue using Sprinters. Guests do not drive, do not park, and do not need to decide whether they are fit to drive at the end of the night.
The couple's car. An S-Class or Escalade held exclusively for you, with a chauffeur who knows the photography schedule and where to wait out of shot.
Wedding party. Sprinters for attendants between preparation, ceremony and reception.
Late returns. Staged departures after the reception so nobody waits in the car park at midnight.
Naples and Marco Island venues each have their own arrival constraints — a single approach road, limited standing room, valet arrangements that assume private cars. We walk the logistics with your planner in advance.
Other Occasions
- Galas and charity events — Naples has a dense winter benefit calendar; we run drop-and-collect so guests avoid the valet queue at both ends.
- Milestone birthdays and anniversaries — a single vehicle for the evening, on your schedule.
- Prom and graduation — chauffeured, background-checked, and reported to parents on arrival where requested.
- Artis—Naples performances — dropped at the door, collected when the curtain falls.
Planning Ahead
Season weddings in Southwest Florida book vehicles months ahead. If your date falls between January and April, reserve as early as you can — this is the one service where late booking genuinely limits what we can offer.
