Southwest Florida's Commercial Gateway
Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Fort Myers is where nearly all scheduled air service for the region arrives. If you are flying commercial to or from Naples, this is almost certainly your airport.
RSW is a single-terminal airport with three concourses — straightforward on a quiet Tuesday, and a genuinely different experience on a Saturday in March when the whole of the Midwest appears to be arriving at once.
Naples to RSW
The drive is 40 to 50 minutes outside peak periods, north on I-75 and west on Daniels Parkway. In season, and particularly on weekend mornings, allow more. We build that into your pickup rather than leaving it to chance.
For a domestic morning departure in season we typically collect three hours before scheduled departure. Off-season, two and a half is comfortable.
Arrivals
We track your flight from departure. If you land early we are already there; if you are delayed three hours, we simply meet the aircraft that actually arrives — with no waiting charge for the delay.
Meet & greet places your chauffeur inside at baggage claim with a name sign, which is worth having when you land with children and a week of luggage. Curbside is faster if you travel light. Both are available; tell us which you prefer.
Serving the Whole Region
We run RSW transfers to and from Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel and Captiva. Fixed rates on every route, quoted before you travel.
