Naples Is Not Near a Cruise Port — Which Is Precisely the Point
No ship sails from Naples. Every cruise from Southwest Florida begins with a drive of two hours or more, usually with full luggage, usually to a hard deadline. Miss the boarding window and the ship leaves.
This is the transfer we treat most conservatively.

How We Time It
We work backwards from your boarding window, not forwards from your front door. Then we add buffer for Alligator Alley, for the Miami approach, and for the fact that the terminal drop-off itself takes time on a full sailing day.
The result is a pickup that will occasionally feel early. That is deliberate. Arriving at the terminal with an hour spare costs you an hour; arriving late costs you the cruise.
Return Journeys
Disembarkation is less predictable than boarding — customs and luggage hall timing vary. We monitor the ship's actual arrival and hold the vehicle. You will not be charged for the wait caused by the ship.
Tell us your disembarkation group number and we will schedule against it rather than against the published arrival time.
Luggage and Vehicles
Cruise luggage defeats a sedan. For two passengers with two large cases and carry-ons, we recommend a Suburban or Escalade; for four or more, a Sprinter. Chauffeurs load and unload at both ends.
Resort Transfers
We also run transfers to and from Gulf Coast resorts — the Ritz-Carlton properties, LaPlaya, Naples Grande, the Marco Island resorts and Sanibel — for guests arriving by air or continuing along the coast.
