Chauffeurs

This is a hospitality job that happens to involve driving. The driving is the easy part.

What the work involves

Airport transfers at APF and RSW, including early-morning departures and late arrivals
Private aviation ground service, working alongside flight crews and FBO staff
Corporate travel, weddings, events and cruise transfers
Long-haul runs to Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando

What we require

Valid Florida driver's licence with a clean record
Clean background check and drug screening
Professional presentation and communication
Comfort with navigation and dispatch technology
Genuine discretion — a good chauffeur does not repeat what they hear
Flexibility across nights, weekends and holidays, particularly in season

What helps

Prior chauffeur, black car or hospitality experience
Local knowledge of Collier and Lee counties
Private aviation or FBO familiarity
A second language

Dispatch and Operations

Dispatchers hold the operation together — tracking flights, sequencing vehicles, and solving the problem before the client knows there was one. It suits people who stay calm and think two steps ahead. We staff dispatch around the clock, so shift work is part of the role.
