Three and a Half Hours, Comfortably
Naples to Orlando is around 3.5 hours north — up I-75 and across on the Florida Turnpike. It is the longest routine transfer we run, and the one where the case for a chauffeur is easiest to make: nobody wants to arrive at a theme park having already driven half a day.
Where We Take You
Orlando International (MCO). International routes and connections unavailable from RSW, plus cruise-linked flights.
The theme parks. Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and the surrounding resorts. We drop directly at your resort rather than a remote car park.
Port Canaveral. Around 4 hours from Naples, for cruise departures on the Atlantic coast.
Downtown Orlando and the convention corridor. Business travel and conferences at the Orange County Convention Center.
Timing
| Destination | Recommended departure from Naples |
|---|---|
| MCO domestic flight | 6 hours before departure |
| MCO international flight | 7 hours before departure |
| Port Canaveral sailing | 7 hours before boarding closes |
| Theme park resort check-in | flexible — allow 4 hours |
Making a Long Drive Work
For a transfer of this length the vehicle matters more than usual. We recommend a Suburban or Escalade for families, and an executive Sprinter for groups — standing headroom and proper seats make a real difference over 3.5 hours.
We build in a comfort stop on the way north as standard. Tell us if you would rather run straight through.
