You may use this site to learn about our services, request and manage reservations, and contact us.

Prohibited Use

Submit false, fraudulent or deliberately misleading reservation requests
Impersonate another person, or book on someone's behalf without authority
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or breach its security measures
Interfere with the site's operation, including through denial-of-service attempts or malware
Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or data at a scale that affects the site's operation, or in breach of our robots.txt
Copy, republish or resell our content without written permission
Use our name, branding or content to imply an affiliation that does not exist
Harvest contact details from the site for unsolicited marketing

Content You Submit

Where you submit content — an application, an enquiry, a review — it must be accurate, lawful, and yours to submit. Do not submit anything defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing on another person's rights.

We may remove submitted content at our discretion.

Service Conduct

Conduct during transportation is covered by our Terms of Service. In summary: seat belts required, no smoking or vaping, no illegal drugs, and no abusive or unsafe behaviour toward chauffeurs or other passengers.

Enforcement

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, cancel reservations, or refuse future bookings where this policy is breached. Serious breaches may be reported to law enforcement.
