We Are Based on the Field
Our office is at Naples Municipal Airport. When your aircraft is inbound to APF, we are already there — which is why private aviation is the part of this business we are most confident about.
Airports and FBOs We Serve
Naples Municipal (APF) — our home field. Naples Aviation is the primary FBO. Peak season here is genuinely busy, and slot and ramp pressure is real; we plan around it.
Marco Island Executive (MKY) — a short repositioning for us and the right arrival point for guests staying on the island.
Page Field (FMY) — Fort Myers general aviation, roughly 35–45 minutes from central Naples.
Southwest Florida International (RSW) — for charter and airline arrivals with a commercial terminal component.
We also handle departures from Naples to private terminals at Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando when the aircraft is positioned elsewhere.
Working With Your Crew
We would rather coordinate with your flight department, handler or FBO than with you. Give us the tail number and the handler, and we take it from there:
- We track the aircraft and stage the vehicle against actual ETA, not filed ETA.
- Where the FBO permits vehicle ramp access, we meet you planeside.
- Where it does not, the car is at the FBO door as you walk through.
- Schedule changes go between our dispatch and your crew. You are told once, not consulted four times.
- Luggage, golf bags, pets and crew transfers are handled as part of the job.
Crew Transport
Flight crews are a routine booking for us — hotel transfers on arrival, return to the aircraft on departure, and the occasional late repositioning. Crew moves are quoted at standing rates for operators who use us regularly.
