How do I book? Call 239-908-0831 or reserve online. Phone is faster for anything within the next few hours; online is ideal for advance bookings.
How far ahead should I book? Twenty-four hours is comfortable off-season. Between January and April, book as far ahead as you can — season demand is real and same-day availability is limited.
Can I book a return at the same time? Yes, and you should. Return legs booked together are easier to coordinate and less likely to be affected by availability.
Pricing
Are rates fixed or metered? Fixed. You are quoted before you travel and that is the price. No surge, no traffic surcharge.
Are gratuities included? A standard gratuity is included unless your quote states otherwise. Anything further is at your discretion.
Do you charge for waiting? Not for delays caused by your flight or your ship — we track both and absorb it. Extended waiting outside that is billed at the rate stated on your confirmation.
Airports
Do you track flights? Yes, on every airport transfer. We watch the actual aircraft and adjust automatically for delays, early arrivals and diversions.
Where will my chauffeur meet me? Your choice. Meet & greet places them inside at baggage claim with a name sign. Curbside is quicker if you travel light. Tell us which when you book.
Can you collect from a private jet FBO? Yes — Naples Airport (APF), Marco Island Executive (MKY) and Page Field (FMY). Give us the tail number and handler and we coordinate with your crew.
Which airports do you serve? APF, RSW, FMY, MKY and PGD locally; MIA, FLL, TPA and MCO on long-haul transfers.
Vehicles and Passengers
Do you provide child seats? Yes, at no extra charge — infant, toddler and booster. Tell us each child's age and weight at booking so we fit the correct seat.
How much luggage fits? See the fleet overview. Give us passenger count and luggage count together — they trade against each other.
Are pets allowed? Service animals always. Other pets by arrangement — tell us at booking so we assign a suitable vehicle.
Service Area
Do you serve Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers? Yes. Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva, Ave Maria and Immokalee are all core service areas.
Do you drive to Miami and Orlando? Yes. Miami and Fort Lauderdale are about two hours; Tampa about three; Orlando about three and a half. All on fixed rates.
Changes and Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy? Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Sprinters, buses and event bookings carry longer windows — your confirmation states the exact terms.
Can I change my booking? Yes. Call 239-908-0831. Changes are subject to availability, which is tightest during season.
